Upon arrival to the Animal Emergency clinic, a receptionist will assist you by checking your pet in and placing you into an exam room as soon as possible.
After a comprehensive examination a Doctor's Assistant or Veterinarian will provide you with a treatment plan and estimate. The treatment plan will include a low end and a high end for cost of services. Before moving forward with treatment, a deposit of the low end estimate must be made. If for any reason expenses start to exceed the estimate, we will notify the owner. At the time of pick-up, any remaining balance is due.
For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, money orders, as well as Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
